We are seeking compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our team at our St Albans facility and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. In this role, you will deliver person-centred care, supporting clinical needs and collaborating with a dedicated team to uphold excellence in aged care.

• Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualised care plans for residents.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Support residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility and nutrition.
• Educate residents and their families about health management, care plans and available services.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately in accordance with facility protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, infection control standards, and aged care quality frameworks.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in resident’s health conditions, escalating concerns as needed.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Stay updated with best practices in aged care nursing.

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Experience in the aged care sector preferred, ideally within a residential facility.
• Ability to provide high-quality, person-centred care with compassion and professionalism.
• Familiarity with residential assessments, ACFI funding and clinical documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Commitment to compliance with aged care standards, workplace health and safety regulations and infection control protocols.
• Above award pay with annual pay increases under respective Enterprise Agreements.
