Counselor Supervisor – Make a Difference Every Day!
Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for helping individuals overcome substance use challenges? JoinBAART Programs, part of Bay Mark Health Services, where you can lead, mentor, and impact lives in a supportive outpatient clinic setting.
Your Role:- Lead and mentor counselors to ensure high-quality patient care
- Oversee intake operations and patient screenings
- Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations
- Monitor treatment plans and facilitate performance improvements
- Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment
- Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience working with individuals facing substance use challenges
- A non-judgmental, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Counselors have access to AI-supported clinical documentation tools designed to help streamline case notes and administrative tasks, making documentation more efficient while supporting high-quality patient care.
Salary Range:Salary ranges from $56,00.00 - $65,000.00 annualized.
The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training.
