CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated CNA to provide essential patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. This role involves supporting nursing staff and ensuring the well-being of residents through compassionate, hands-on assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and report patient conditions, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Support nursing staff with medical tasks and resident mobility needs.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification for applicable state.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF environments preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adhere to safety and infection control policies.
