Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for local assignment in LTC/SNF facilities. This role involves providing essential patient care and supporting healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Follow infection control protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemptions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Wear identification badges and comply with facility policies at all times.
• Support team efforts by effectively communicating patient needs and status.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification required.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
• Reliable transportation and availability for local assignments.
• Ability to work every other weekend and adhere to shift schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures, including COVID-19 policies.
