Health Force Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for a travel assignment in a long-term care with acute rehab focus in Vermont. You will cover evenings (3:00 PM–11:30 PM), 40 hours per week, for an 8-week period starting 11/02/2026.
Responsibilities include med administration, patient monitoring, ADL support, and interdisciplinary collaboration to meet rehab goals. Required VT LPN license, CPR/BLS, and previous LTC/acute rehab experience preferred.
