Champlain Veterinary Clinic is a privately owned small animal practice in St. Albans, VT. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Veterinarian to join our dedicated team. Our clinic provides high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care to dogs, cats, and small mammals in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Our modern facility includes digital radiography, in-house laboratory, surgical and dental suites, and separate dog and cat wards—allowing you to practice high-quality medicine with the tools and support you need.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals
• Perform wellness exams, diagnostics, and vaccinations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, professional work environment
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Vermont
• Excellent diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Experience with small animals preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
