Overview

Join as a Merchandiser at Coca‑Cola Beverages Northeast
. The Merchandiser plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability, visibility, and promotion of Coca‑Cola beverages in retail stores across the Coca‑Cola Beverages Northeast territory.

• Execute merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement, display, and availability in retail stores.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, build displays, and maintain product freshness.
• Maintain product on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers by identifying replenishment needs.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment.
• Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns in accordance with company guidelines.
• Secure damaged or defective product while maintaining a clean product space.
• Ensure accurate product counts by properly managing backrooms and organizing backstock.
• Operate manual and powered handling equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.).
• Maintain areas of responsibility and communicate status and concerns to store and company personnel.
• Follow company and store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to drive collaboration and maximize merchandising opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries or concerns.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build positive relationships.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
• Ability to repetitively lift, push, and pull up to 40–55 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend, and reach.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods; push and pull manual and powered handling equipment for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record within policy guidelines.
