The All About Kids Monitor is responsible for the overall quality and safety of services for Voices Against Violence/CVOEO’s Supervised Visitation Program, All About Kids. This position works directly with families impacted by domestic and sexual violence by providing safe spaces to re-build the relationship, providing healing workshops and resources and working with the family to build resilience and end the cycle of violence.

Full-time

• Maintain appropriate confidentiality in all client matters, direct interaction, written information, case discussion, etc.
• Provide supervised visitation or monitored exchange services to families impacted by domestic and sexual violence.
• Coordinate, conduct and document intakes with both the custodial and visiting parent and assist in collecting data and narratives for grant reporting.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field, (Social Work, Counseling…) or a combination of education and experience.
• Commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
• A highly motivated and responsible individual with the ability to relate to a wide variety of people in a non-judgmental, positive and competent manner.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Must demonstrate good organizational and crisis intervention skills.
