BDC Sales Representative

Moses Auto Group is a growing auto dealer that empowers its employees to provide great service and build long‑lasting relationships with its customers. As a BDC Sales Representative you will become an expert link between our Customers and their future vehicle, assisting with inquiries online and over the phone about vehicles and purchasing options.

• $500 immediately upon hire
• $1,000 following 60 days
• $1,000 following 90 days

As a BDC Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Customers reaching out to our dealership. You will manage inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, texts) to set appointments, follow up on leads, and maintain excellent customer engagement – all from within a specific Moses vehicle sales showroom.

• Average hourly pay ranging from $24.00 to $26.00/hour
• 90 days of $18.00/hour training pay provided with guaranteed wages
• No sales experience required. Comprehensive new hire training plan. Continuous learning and development throughout your career with opportunities for advancement.
• Five‑day work week with an average of 45 hours per week

• Generate appointments and market to potential customers via phone, text and email
• Connect new customers with appropriate Sales Consultant team member
• Follow up with customers and track activity in database

• A strong relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A self‑motivated, goal‑oriented focus

• Education:
  
  HS degree, some college preferred
• Computer skills: MS Office products
• Valid driver’s license
