Water Restoration Technician

We are a full service restoration company. Specifically looking for restoration technicians with water, fire, mold certifications. Xactimate experience is a plus. We handle all forms of mitigation and fully rebuild whatever is necessary, from the foundation to the roof.

• Basic math skills to perform calculations while measuring on job sites and to help the surveying crew
• Mechanical skills to use any necessary heavy machinery and equipment
• Ability to perform heavy labor, such as moving materials
• Physical stamina to handle the long hours of performing strenuous work during the day in hot or cold weather
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to read or understand instructions and blueprints
• Effective time management skills
• Understanding of building codes, safety protocols and OSHA standards

• Valid driver's license
• Must pass DOT physical requirements
• May be required to have a DOT certification to operate certain vehicles
• Restoration experience is preferred, but not required

• Must be available for Emergency work after hours and on weekends including on call shifts
• Must be willing to travel locally, as business needs dictate
• Job sites may be dirty, possibly cold or wet, and sometimes unsanitary. PPE and safety precautions are provided
• Must pass a "fit test" for proper fit of a respirator
• All technicians attire must meet OSHA requirements for the specific job sites and must wear company approved attire
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 lbs
• Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching, kneeling

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
