Pattonville School District is seeking an Assistant Principal for Drummond Elementary School for the 2026‑2027 academic year.

Key Position Responsibilities- Helps establish and maintain an effective learning climate in the school
- Leads and implements professional development programming
- Regularly attends and supervises evening school functions
- Supports building scheduling functions
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring for certified and support staff
- Works with students and families to develop individual learning plans
- Evaluates and supports assigned staff members
- Commits to work hours necessary to meet established school improvement goals
- Administers school operational policies and procedures
- Collects, maintains, and reports data regarding students as required
- Interprets and enforces district policies and administrative regulations
- Administers safety, security, and emergency policies and procedures
- Communicates with parents/guardians concerning student educational programming
- Prepares and maintains various written reports
- Designs and develops the master schedule
- Coordinates and implements site and safety drills and training
- Provides leadership in scheduling and supervising after‑school athletic activities
- Other duties as assigned
- Education:
Ph.D./Ed.D. or MA/MS in school administration - Certification:
Missouri K‑8 Principal Certification or K‑12 School Leader Certification
Salary Code MSAP: $96,500 – $125,610 (2025‑26 range listed; 2026‑27 range to be determined). Competitive benefits, employee health clinic access, tuition reimbursement.
