As a school‑based Therapist
, you will work with children and youth in the Pattonville School District to provide clinical services to children, youth and their families while collaborating with school district staff and other community resources.

Youth In Need has been around since 1974, helping to create safe places for the area’s most vulnerable children. We have more than 400 full‑ and part‑time staff serving more than 8,000 children, teens and families at nearly 100 locations in six counties in Eastern Missouri. We are interested in Therapists with a Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related discipline that have passed the National Counselor Exam (NCE) or a Master of Social Work with an LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker). We prefer candidates with a PLPC, LPC or LCSW. Free or low‑cost supervision is available.

This is a 10‑month, school‑based, salaried position. Salary ranges from $41,273 (provisionally licensed) to $46,920 (fully licensed). The role follows the school district’s calendar and includes paid time off for days off in the district’s schedule. A driver’s license is required.
