Commerce Financial Advisors is a division of Commerce Bank. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused individual for a Financial Advisor opportunity supporting our St. Charles market. The main purpose of this job is to sell investment products to individual investors.

• Manage an existing client book of business with recurring revenue
• Partner with internal team members to generate new business opportunities
• Contact customers to introduce your planning, investment and insurance services
• Leverage digital tools to enhance your client’s experience, including Money Guide Pro , eSignature and Sales Force
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong knowledge of the brokerage and financial services industry
• Strong ability to build client relationships and sell financial services
• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
• Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 5+ years related financial services experience required
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses, and Life & Health licenses required. Clean CRD required.
• Level of role is determined by knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education

Annual Salary: $50,000.00 – $50,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
