As part of the Hydromat team you will grow and develop your career through intellectual opportunities.

You will use drawings to rebuild equipment such as hydraulic cylinders, valves, and other mechanical assemblies. The equipment you will work with is high-precision components. You will troubleshoot mechanical assemblies and use detailed drawings. Work side-by-side with highly skilled experts.

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service
• Deliver quality and value in your work
• Associate degree is preferred or an equivalent year of experience with machine maintenance or small engine repair preferred
• Mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to learn and develop into a highly skilled individual with a valued craft
• Basic knowledge of a mill and lathe is preferred but not mandatory - we provide training to self-motivated individuals

We generally work first shift Monday-Friday and travel periodically as needed, maybe up to 25% of the time.
