As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Medical Telemetry unit, you will provide direct patient care in a supportive environment that emphasizes compassion and professional growth.
Your Role:In this full-time day shift position, you will:
- Assist with patient mobility and clinical tasks
- Support patient monitoring and treatment under nursing standards
- Deliver compassionate care to our patients and their families
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Licensure:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license in Missouri
- Compliance with all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Experience: New graduates and experienced LPNs are welcome!
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or within 30 days of hire)
- LPN-IV Certification (prior to hire or within 3 months)
- Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing and walking throughout your shift
- Ability to lift and turn patients with assistance
- Capability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs

Schedule: Full-Time | 36 hours/week
Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,000
