Mercy St. Louis invites newly licensed RNs to start their nursing career in a structured Med/Surg pathway with a clear transition to specialty units. The program offers 12–18 months in Med/Surg, then moves into areas like PICU, ICU, ED, or CVICU, with mentorship and ongoing clinical development.
Participants receive day-one benefits, a sign-on incentive up to $10,000 and education support including RN-BSN tuition reimbursement, plus PTO accrual from day one and shift differentials.
