Location: St. Anthony Dental Clinic – St. Anthony,
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:50 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Part-Time

Grand Peaks Dental Clinic is seeking a friendly, reliable Part‑Time Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients, so we’re looking for someone who is welcoming, organized, and enjoys working with people.

• Monday and Wednesday from 6:50 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexibility to help cover shifts for other team members is a plus

• Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
• Verify patient information and assist with check‑in/check‑out
• Handle basic insurance and billing inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and patients

• Previous dental or medical office experience preferred, but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working with computers and scheduling systems
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
