Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a first/second point of contact for IT issues

• Update tickets with incident status and resolution

• Work on installations and upgrades of desktop applications

• Troubleshoot network and workstation connectivity issues

• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks on devices

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months in IT support roles

• Strong foundation in Computer Science or similar

• Experience with Windows 7-10 and MS Office 365

• Familiarity with Mac OS for Apple user support

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
