Leclerc Production Planner Position

Join Leclerc as a Production Planner in our Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures facility. Focus on optimizing production through effective scheduling and cross-department collaboration.

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Planning and be tasked with planning production activities to maximize efficiency. You will analyze production schedules and ensure resources are effectively utilized while adapting to constraints. Collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and sales departments will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan all manufacturing activities to meet production goals

• Analyze scheduling needs and adjust priorities

• Implement efficiency-enhancing programs

• Ensure production schedules are adhered to and adjusted

• Work closely with various teams to improve efficiencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

• Minimum three years in production planning roles

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
