• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with Node.js, Type Script, and Java Script
• Strong expertise in Microservices Architecture, Distributed Systems, and REST APIs
• Experience with Mongo

  SQL, Redis, and database optimization
• Cloud Architecture experience (AWS preferred)
• Proven experience driving architecture and technical strategy
• Experience improving scalability, performance, resiliency, and observability
• CI/CD, automated testing, and code review experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Solutions Architect background
• React.js and Tailwind CSS
• SaaS B2B product experience
• Platform integration and multi‑product ecosystem experience
• Engineering mentorship and technical leadership
• Observability, monitoring, tracing, and security best practices

• Fintech, payments, invoicing, or business management platform experience
• High‑scale multi‑tenant SaaS environments
• Mobile‑first product experience
• Experience in rapid‑growing product companies

• Design and optimize scalable microservices and backend services
• Drive architecture across distributed systems
• Improve system scalability, reliability, performance, and observability
• Lead backend modernization initiatives
• Optimize database performance
• Collaborate on technical strategy with engineering and product leadership
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
• Implement testing, CI/CD, security, and maintainability standards
