• Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations.
• Provide expert guidance, tax advice, full-service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document all interactions.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and uphold Intuit operating values.

• 3+ years recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065/1120‑S) for at least 20 clients per season using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
• Minimum of 30 personal tax returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting for compensation.
• Minimum 20 hours per week, split across three or more days (four‑hour shift increments).
• Bookkeeping experience and experience preparing Business Tax returns for service industry customers strongly preferred.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and ability to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Proficiency with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers through video and audio tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, research skills, determination, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.

Base pay ranges by location (e.g., Bay Area California $40.10–$46.20). Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Intuit conducts regular pay equity comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
