Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Service Dispatcher located in St. Augustine, FL. The Service Dispatcher will manage the coordination of service calls, schedule technicians efficiently, and communicate with customers to ensure timely service delivery. The role involves answering and directing incoming calls, addressing customer concerns, maintaining accurate records of service orders, and supporting operational efficiency in service operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Dispatching and Customer Service to manage service schedules and resolve issues effectively
  • Proficiency in Communication and Phone Etiquette for professional and efficient interaction with customers and team members
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on service requests
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a dispatching role or similar position is preferred
  • Experience with service management software is a plus
  • Eager to learn and grow is a plus
