Typical DaySeasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist focuses on wow clients now and in the future. You will answer phones, greet clients, match clients to the best‑suited tax professional, schedule clients, and ensure all client needs are met during service. Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience.
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
- Help ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
