Primary Job Role
- Manage Tag & Title incoming tickets in Fresh service and track tickets with detail notes and follow-ups ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate, collect, and finalize customer paperwork with Docu Sign ensuring completeness and compliance with state, federal regulations and Ring Power policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to Ring Power's internal and external customers, exceeding expectations when possible.
- Complete customer packets with all necessary documents, pulling titles or MSO's, scanning and saving files.
- Promptly identify, troubleshoot, communicate, and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Efficiently expedite projects, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate in cross‑functional training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Formal
Education:
High School diploma or GED.
Experience:
1–2 years in a related role.
- Knowledge of computers and proficiency in Microsoft Systems (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail oriented and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to understand written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
- Software systems – Fresh service Ticketing Software, Docu Sign, Texada.
- Dealership or DMV experience with titles and registrations.
