• Act as an effective liaison between One Restore, its customers, and insurance companies to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality service.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling timely and profitable deliveries.
• Be the conduit and direct support for the project manager regarding all aspects of the project.
• Document all operational and production activities in DASH.
• Provide complete and accurate billing information to facilitate quick billing and timely cash flow.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of customer support experience.
• Ability to maintain positive communications with internal and external customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently.
• Good data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Good driving record and reliable transportation.
• Computer or data entry: 2 years (Required)
• Restoration or construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• Service Technician Scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
• DASH software: 1 year (Preferred)
