• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; oversee licensing guidelines and company standards.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state educational requirements and childcare centre requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
