Account Manager - St. Augustine

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving any order issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a self‑motivated work ethic, and will be looking to gain experience in marketing and account management.

Prior positions that do well are:
College Student, Bank Tellers, Retail, Customer Service, Inside Sales.

• Handle customer inquiries through e‑mail and telephone
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Aero Base Group is a global company and we're hiring in our Saint Augustine, Florida office. The position is Monday through Friday, 8 A.M.
