You will greet customers, run the register and perform cashier duties, make purchase suggestions, and support our food program. You will work throughout the store, both inside and outside, maintaining high appearance standards and delivering fast, friendly service. You must also provide reliable onsite attendance.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and friendly conversation abilities
• Capacity to work quickly while maintaining a fun atmosphere
• Team player driving daily goal accomplishment
• Creative problem‑solving skills
• Retail and customer service experience (preferred)
• Cashiering or sales associate experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance your career and willingness to learn

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds (ground to overhead) for up to 30 minutes per shift
• Occasional lifting/carrying up to 60 pounds (ground to waist level)
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bending at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects, requiring eye‑hand coordination and occasional ladder use to retrieve materials or remove signs
