• Be the go-to guide for our service customers, delivering exceptional support with a smile
• Explain repairs, services, and timelines clearly and friendly
• Coordinate with technicians to keep RVs rolling and customers happy
• Juggle multiple tasks while keeping your cool (and maybe a cup of coffee)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records
• Be part of a team that’s more like a family

• People who love helping people
• Background in customer service, automotive, or RV is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
• Computer skills and organized
