Front Desk Associate
As a Front Desk Associate, you will work independently and without direct supervision, providing excellent customer service, communication, and time‑management. You will greet residents, guests, and service providers, check them in/out, and manage emergency response and access‑control procedures.
Job OverviewIndependent front‑desk operations—including customer interaction, security system monitoring, and record maintenance.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time‑management skills.
- Monitor the Emergency Response System.
- Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees.
- Monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
- Control access to the building.
- Maintain daily log, records, and forms.
- Resolve and follow up on all complaints/issues.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
- May perform other duties assigned by the on‑site property manager.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Other duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- College‑level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of business experience preferred.
- Computer literacy: command of information‑system hardware/software is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Multiple language fluency is desirable.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
- Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods.
- Handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by spoken and written word.
- Navigate the property/building as required to meet job functions.
- Complete all required forms.
- Work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements.
- Respond to emergencies promptly.
Tuesday through Saturday; 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.
What We OfferAs a full‑time associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including multiple medical plans, dental, and vision; time‑off benefits; paid holidays; and a 401(k) with company match. Occasional travel may be required for training and company functions.
Compensation$18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
