B&B Trailers and Accessories is a family-owned business that specializes in truck accessories and trailer products and repairs. We are looking for a customer service representative who can provide excellent service to our customers and assist them with their needs.

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and answering their questions about our products and services

• Recommending the best solutions for their truck and trailer needs

• Processing sales transactions and issuing invoices and receipts

• Scheduling appointments for installation, repair, or maintenance services

• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Some mechanical experience or knowledge of truck and trailer parts and accessories

• Familiarity with truck caps, tonneau covers, boat trailers, and other tow behind trailers

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A friendly and positive attitude

• Self-motivation and initiative

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
