Health Yes Staffing Network is seeking a Gastroenterologist for a permanent hospital-employed opportunity in Northeast Florida.
This position offers an $860,000 guaranteed base salary, productivity and wRVU incentives, a community-focused practice environment, broad clinical variety, and access to Jacksonville and Florida’s Atlantic coast.

The physician’s week may include:
- Two outpatient clinic days
- Two endoscopy and procedural days
- One flexible day for hospital consultations, care coordination, administration, or program development
- APP-supported inpatient and outpatient care
- Shared clinical coverage
The incoming physician will provide care across a range of gastrointestinal conditions, including:
- General gastroenterology
- Gastroesophageal and intestinal disorders
- Inflammatory bowel disease
- Liver and hepatology conditions
- Gastrointestinal bleeding
- Gastrointestinal cancers
- Pancreaticobiliary disorders
- Diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy
- Inpatient consultations
- Outpatient follow-up care
- MD or DO
- Internal Medicine residency training
- Completed or anticipated Gastroenterology fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure
- Strong patient-communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Experienced gastroenterologists and graduating fellows considered
- 2027 and 2028 fellowship graduates encouraged to apply
ERCP experience may be incorporated into the practice but is not required.
