Join our team as a Vocational Evaluator at employU. This is an independent contractor position offering a revenue share of up to 50%, with evaluation fees of $350 for a 1-day remote assessment, $425 for a 1-day in-person assessment, and $742 for a 2-day in-person assessment.

Role Summary: The Vocational Evaluator assesses clients through interviews, formal assessments, and work observations to identify strengths and needs, developing comprehensive reports with recommendations for vocational and educational options.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting various assessments including interest inventories, academic achievement, and IQ tests.
• Performing work site evaluations.
• Preparing detailed reports on assessments, observations, and recommendations.

Qualifications: Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), or a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling with relevant experience. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English or Creole/English) and familiarity with telehealth assessment platforms are a plus.

Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check, and a passion for working with individuals with disabilities.

Work Environment: Office setting with local travel required. No supervisory responsibilities.
