Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best‑in‑class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We coach out of more than 150 locations around Northern and Central Florida with more than 10,000 children enrolled annually.

Reports to:

Regional Director

• Coach as needed to cover for absent coaches and at Demos and Free Fun Days
• Assist in maintaining the master instructor schedule, handling cancellations and reschedules, as needed.
• Assist in the preparation for the seasonal instructor meetings

• Perform seasonal marketing/promotions for Park and School Programs
• Communicate with parents, directors, and other account representatives

• Schedule and prepare all materials to promote the upcoming Soccer Shots season
• Maintain instructor equipment and prize inventory

• Meet seasonal and annual enrollment and revenue goals by adding new park and school accounts and promoting thoroughly at each account/location.
• Document summary and follow‑up notes, and complete sales day action items in a timely fashion.

• Starting pay - $36,000 per year

• High school diploma minimum, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Eligible to work in the U.S., including passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and background check
• Must be 18 in accordance with Florida statutes to pass a DCF Level 2 background check

• Monday through Friday 8:30 am‑6:00 pm
• Saturdays 8:30 am‑12:00 pm

• 1‑3 years prior coaching experience
• OR
• 1 year leadership experience (Head Coach, Teacher/Educator, Director of Coaching, etc)
• OR
• 1 year early childhood experience (Preschool Teacher, Elementary School Teacher)
• AND Passion for the Soccer Shots Mission
• Outstanding verbal and written communications
• Strong project management skills
• Extremely energetic and outgoing
