Professional & Organizational Development Facilitator
Ring Power Corporation is seeking a Training & Development Professional to deliver high‑impact classroom programs, design and implement organizational development projects, and foster strong partnerships across divisions. This role requires expertise in facilitation, instructional design, and coaching, with a focus on aligning learning opportunities to business needs.
Primary ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging training programs by presenting content, leading simulations, and ensuring lessons are applied post‑session.
Plan and prepare for each session, including training manuals, props, and logistics.
Collaborate with the training coordinator on accommodations, meals, and trainee logistics.
Develop and update training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Certify in new programs and processes as organizational needs evolve.
Assist leadership and the Training & Development Department with organizational development and coaching initiatives.
Build collaborative relationships with managers, sales professionals, and executives to align training with business goals.
Continuously grow professionally through advanced training and development opportunities.
Communicate clearly and proactively with teammates and other Ring Power team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required;
Master’s preferred.
Experience: 7+ years delivering leadership, sales, or skills training programs.
Technical
Skills:
Expert in PowerPoint; proficient in other Microsoft Office tools.
Certifications (Preferred): DiSC, MBTI, CPI
260, CPTD (ATD), Lean/Six Sigma.
Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license; ability to travel 25–30%.
Desired Skills & ExperienceInstructional design and content development.
Facilitating simulations and experiential learning modules.
Knowledge of adult learning principles.
Schedule: Primarily business hours; occasional nights, weekends, or holidays.
Travel: 25–30% to deliver training and services.
Stress Load: Regular exposure to moderate stress.
Workload: Occasional changes in priorities and complexity.
Physical Demands: Frequent standing, sitting, walking, reaching, talking, hearing; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
Environment: Primarily indoor conditions with protection from weather.
