- Greet and interact with internal and external guests in a warm and friendly manner using professional and company‑standard terminology.
- Maintain guest privacy, including confidentiality of personal information and key control.
- Wash, dry, fold, and stack hotel linen (bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, robes, slippers, sheets, pillowcases) according to company SOPs.
- Maintain a neat and organized laundry room and mop the floor.
- Remove lint from the dryer and keep supplies stocked.
- Use equipment in accordance with the procedural manual, reporting any malfunctions.
- Work efficiently to meet daily requirements and solve problems proficiently.
- Secure lost items per SOP and protect proprietary information.
- Maintain complete knowledge and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Present a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Follow all safety and security policies, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support the team to achieve our goals.
- Attend required training and meetings.
- Perform all other duties as assigned, planned or unplanned.
- Experience performing laundry attendant tasks and using related tools and equipment.
- Remain calm in various situations, use sound judgment, and solve problems.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Follow instructions, prioritize, and multi‑task.
- High school diploma, GED, or related training equivalent (required).
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in a similar role (required).
- Ability to communicate in English (preferred).
- Shared space with constant noise, no private office.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines with optimism and professionalism.
- Schedules may vary from week to week, with or without notice.
- Must stand, stoop, bend, and crouch up to 8 hours daily.
- Push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Regular travel by foot, car, bus, or airplane, with varied standing and sitting durations.
