Bank of America is looking for an enthusiastic Relationship Banker to serve customers at its financial center located at Ponce De Leon Mall. The role focuses on engaging clients, processing transactions, and delivering a superior banking experience.

• Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
• Build relationships with clients to understand and meet their financial needs.
• Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to protect clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
• Manage financial center traffic, schedule appointments, and make outbound calls effectively.
• Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

• Willingness to work weekends or extended hours and travel within the region as required.

• Experience in financial services and understanding of industry products and solutions.
• One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or business‑related associate’s degree in business management, administration, or finance.
