This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager position based in St. Augustine, FL. The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the dealership, manage end-to-end customer financing processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include working with sales teams to provide financing options, liaising with financial institutions, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and strategizing to increase dealership profitability. Additionally, the Finance Manager will ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining a thorough understanding of automotive finance practices, while maximizing all finance KPI’s.
Qualifications- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, credit, and loan processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance standards, and documentation
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business a plus
- Administration, or a related field is highly preferred
- Previous automotive finance or dealership experience is a significant advantage and preferred
