The Planner IV works within the Department of Military Affairs' Construction and Facility Management Office in St. Augustine, assisting with the development and management of Military Construction and Sustainment Restoration and Modernization projects for the Florida National Guard. The role involves coordinating project planning, maintaining long-range construction plans, conducting site visits, preparing programming documents, and ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.
Keyqualifications:
- High School Diploma and 8 years of professional experience in planning, research, analysis, coordinating, business operations, accounting, database administration, or related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project, and GIS
- Ability to compile, organize, and analyze data; develop program projections and prepare reports
- Knowledge of research techniques and problem-solving methodologies
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with federal, state, and private sector personnel
- Must be able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check background investigation clearance
