Position SummaryWe're looking for a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide hands‑on, patient‑centered care while developing personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and functional independence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental conditions impacting daily activities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with clinic standards.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and home programs.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient‑focused approach with a commitment to clinical excellence.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Florida (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings preferred
