We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with our Physical Therapists to carry out individualized care plans, help patients reach their mobility goals, and support them in maintaining independence at home.

• Provide therapy interventions and exercises as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising PT
• Help patients improve strength, balance, and mobility through safe, guided activity
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home safety techniques
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Medicare and agency standards

• Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (required)
• Home health experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
