We are seeking a licensed and experienced Home Health Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will develop tailored therapy plans while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care.

• Assess patients’ speech and language abilities through formal and informal evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
• Provide therapy for various communication disorders, including speech articulation, language development, and swallowing difficulties.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies to improve communication and swallowing skills.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Stay current with advancements in speech therapy through continuing education and professional development.

• Home Health experience as a Speech Therapist.
• Experience working in Kinnser / Wellsky is a plus.
• Valid state license to practice as a Speech Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to enhancing patient quality of life.

Compensation: $70.00 - $110.00 per hour
