Hotel Night Auditor

voco Hotel | St. Augustine, FL

Our voco hotel in St. Augustine is looking for a dependable Part-Time Night Auditor who takes pride in welcoming guests and getting the details right. Hotel or night audit experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.

You'll manage the front desk overnight, assist guests, and complete the daily audit. This role requires reliability, accuracy, friendly service, and sound judgment when working independently.

• Welcome guests and handle overnight check-ins and early check-outs.
• Answer calls, assist with reservations, and respond to guest requests.
• Review daily room charges, payments, and transactions for accuracy.
• Complete the night audit and prepare reports for management.
• Resolve guest concerns within hotel guidelines and contact management when needed.
• Keep clear shift notes and communicate outstanding issues to the morning team.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and follow hotel procedures.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
• A friendly, professional approach to guest service.
• The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make good decisions.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn hotel systems.
• Availability to work scheduled overnight shifts.

Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience is a plus. We also welcome applicants with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
