The Mission:
Own the sales function from the ground up. That means strategy, recruiting, training, compensation plans, KPIs, sales process optimization—and most importantly,
results

Build, lead, and scale a high-performance sales force across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
Develop strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue and expand market share
Set and monitor aggressive KPIs for team performance, conversion rates, and average ticket size
Recruit and coach top producers

Optimize CRM usage and leverage data for decision-making
