We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual with a passion for health and wellness to lead one of our high‑energy studio locations.

• 2–5 years of fitness experience and sales experience
• Experience in the health field
• Dynamic and energetic personality
• Ability to complete a two‑week training program covering modalities and operations

• Supervise staff and set the tone in each studio location.
• Be responsible for successful operation and financial accountability of the studio.
• Introduce potential prospects to our methods and present suitable programs.
• Orchestrate delivery of superior customer service and employee performance against goals.
• Execute implementation strategies and ongoing management of company standards throughout the studio.
• Communicate regularly with the regional manager and corporate managers.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports.
• Directly responsible for managing all employees at the store.

Using patented and proprietary equipment, Stretch Zone practitioners follow specific protocols to properly position, stabilize, and manipulate muscles based on neuromuscular principles.
