We invite applications for a part‑time Development Director to begin as soon as possible after January 1, 2026.
This is a part‑time position.
The successful candidate should reside in Northeast Florida and have the ability to attend meetings, events, and performances in Saint Augustine. Reporting to the General & Artistic Director, the Development Director will plan, oversee, and execute an annual Development Plan to support company‑contributed income goals, including individual giving, corporate sponsorship and support, planned giving, and grant‑writing and fulfillment.
Cultivating donor relationships and direct solicitation is expected. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with other staff, Board, volunteers, and outside vendors.

- Develop and manage individual giving, corporate sponsorship and support, planned giving, grant‑writing, and fulfillment efforts.
- Direct solicitation and cultivation of donor relationships.
