• Fabricate and assemble metal parts and structures using various tools and equipment.
• Weld, cut, grind, and measure materials to ensure accuracy and quality of finished products.
• Maintain equipment and tools.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in welding, cutting, grinding, and measuring materials.
• Must have aluminum welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms.
• Manual dexterity to evaluate, install, and modify equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in non-climate-controlled environments.
• Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicals.
