* OPS SCNA Weekend Warrior program available at the rate of $19.44/hour. Eligible shifts are Monday to Friday after 3 PM, and all shifts are Saturday and Sunday. Must work at least one shift during the pay period. Does not have benefits.

Multiple positions, varied shifts, and OPS (Temporary) candidates will be selected from advertisement within six (6) months of the closing date.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license in Florida.
- Must be willing and able to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Successful completion of the due‑diligence process to include, but not limited to, a Level II background check and drug test.
- Experience working as a CNA in a 120‑bed skilled long‑term care nursing facility.
- Possess a valid certification in CPR/BLS.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Provide assistance necessary when giving residents the following activities of daily living nursing care: oral hygiene; bathing; dressing and grooming; hair and nail care; shaving; toileting; assistance with meals, nourishment and transportation to meal service areas, and mobility.
- Routinely observe, identify, and report resident concerns/needs to supervisor.
- Provide escort to resident appointments when required. Complete assignments timely, completely, and accurately. Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner.
- Perform restorative nursing measures as outlined in the care plan.
- Perform simple nursing measures such as, but not limited to, applying splints, and positioning devices, making occupied and unoccupied beds, changing linens, etc.
- Measure and record vital signs assigned. Measure and record intake and output according to the care plan. Observe, monitor, and report symptoms of potential skin breakdown and/or pressure ulcers to primary nurses.
- Use appropriate techniques for mechanical lifts, transferring, turning, and positioning, range‑of‑motion exercises recognizing changes that place a resident at risk for pressure ulcers and falls.
