* We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Manager to oversee our pet resort. The Kennel Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the facility, including supervising staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment for the animals, and ensuring the overall well-being of the animals in our care.

** Responsibilities:*
* 1. Supervise and train kennel staff in proper animal care procedures.
2. Ensure all animals receive proper feeding, exercise, and medical care as needed.
3. Monitor the health and behavior of animals in the facility.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kennel area.
5. Oversee scheduling and coordination of animal activities.
6. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' well-being.
7. Keep accurate records of animal intake, care, and adoption processes.
8. Manage inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.
9. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all animals.
10. Collaborate with veterinarians and other animal care professionals as needed.

* Qualifications:

* 1. Previous experience working in an animal care facility.
2. Supervisory or management experience preferred.
3. Knowledge of animal care best practices and behavior.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Certification in animal care or related field is a plus.
7. Passion for working with animals and ensuring their well-being.
8. Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and effectively.
9. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
10. High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in animal science or related field is a plus.
