Lawn Health Technician

Join the team as a Lawn Health Technician at The Master's Lawn & Pest.

• Maintain and improve the health of lawns by applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments.
• Assess lawn conditions and diagnose issues such as pests or nutrient deficiencies.
• Implement appropriate solutions and treatments.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and industry standards, ensuring treatments are applied per customer specifications.
• Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong knowledge of lawn care and attention to detail.

• Experience in lawn care with a strong understanding of fertilization, pest control, aeration, and disease management.
• Certifications in lawn care or pest control preferred.
• Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment and apply chemicals following safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to assess and treat lawn issues.
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients and reporting lawn conditions.
• Valid driver's license and physical stamina.
